Refund & Return Policy

At BazaarVibe, we want you to love your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a hassle-free 7-day replacement/refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
- You must raise a request within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- An unboxing video is strictly required as proof for damaged or broken items during transit.

2. How to Raise a Request
Please email us at [Your Gmail] with your Order ID and the unboxing video/photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and arrange a free reverse pickup.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed:
- For Prepaid Orders: Refunded directly to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- For COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or Bank Transfer after receiving your account details.
